This letter is to inform you that arrangements have been made for our inspectors, Messrs. Walter Haass and Robert Pettis to visit your offices at the World Trade Center beginning on March 28 for two or three days to audit your procedures and records regarding vendor evaluations and safety-related procurements for items purchased for the Waterford Steam Electric Station.
