Dento'n, Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Pegulation has asked me to respond to your recent letter to him regarding his Noverter 16, 1979 decision on the financial qualifications of Public Service Company of f:ew Hampshire. We are pleased to provide you with a copy of that decision.
The background material in this case consists primarily of documents filed by the Company in response to NPC staff requests for information.
I regret that we cannot provide you a copy of that material tecause we do not have extra cocies.
Because the material is very voluminous, it is impractical for us to make a copy.
