I.
Task V is deleted in its entirety.
II. Article IV - Period of Performance, as modified, is changed to read as follows:
I "The period of performance under this contract is January 24, 1978 through May 25, 1979."
III. Article V - Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation, as modified, is deleted in in its entirety, and the following new Article V is substituted in lieu thereof:

The total amount of funds obligated under this contract is
$67,206.00. The amount of unexpended funds is $17,552.97 which is hereby deobligated under this contract."
