Accordingly, Contract No. NRC-39-88-241 is revised as follows:
'1. Section B.1, "Consideration and Obligati,on--Cost Plus Fixei Fee (MAR 1987)" is hereby modified as follows:
- a. Section "B.1" is redesignated as Section "S.2".
- b. The amount obligated under Section B.2, paragraph c is
- increased by "$55,559.00" from "$15,000.00" to*
"$70,559.00."
- 2. Section G 1, "Indirect Rates (MAR 1987)", paragraph a. is revised to read as follows:
"a. Pending the establishment of final indirect rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs as follows:
