The enclosed revisions are marked PROPRIETARY and sheuld be withheld from public disclosure as provided for in 10 CFR Part 2. 790.
These revisions are the property of TVA and instructions for their handling are provided on the cover sheet of each revision.
Included is a receipt form for each revision which must be signed and dated by the responsible individual for each plan and returned to TVA with all superseded material removed from each plan as a result of this revision.
