Interim Report 21 covering the 90-day period from August 23, 1981, to November 22, 1981, reported the completion of the majority of tests at 100% of plant load.
Significant power levels or appropriate plant conditions required for remaining tests have not been achieved since then. During the period covered by this,eport, the reactor did not operate above 80% power.
The reactor is currently limited to 82% power by the Nuclear Regulatory Crimmission.
No further initial approach to power test, were performed during the 90-day period ending February 9,1988.
Further interim reports will report the rasults of any startup tests which will remain in the "open" status, i
