and 50-328/87-52 TVA committed to revise Sequoya; Itandard Practice SQN-2 to proceduralize the requirements for working essential raw cooling water pumping station heat trace by December 15, 1987. Additional time was required to complete this revision, and an extension was made to NRC by telephone on December 15, 1987.
A procedure revision to SQM-2 was issued on December 22, 1987 meeting the requirements of this commitment.
