Pursuant to 10CFR 50.90, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) hereby proposes to amend Operating License NPF-49 by incorporating the attached proposed revision into the Millstone Unit No. 3 Technical Specifications 3/4.8.2.2 and 3/4.8.3.2.
Description of Proposed Revision Technical Specifications 3/4.8.2.2 and 3/4.8.3.2 specify the electrical power systems required operable in modes 5 and 6. The proposed revision is to provide clarity and consistency between the specifications.
