50-296 BROWNS FERRY (BFN) NUCLEAR PLANT - NRC REGULATORY EFFECTIVENESS REVIEW is TVA's supplemental response to J. A. Zwolinski's letter to S. A. White dated September 28, 1987, which transmitted the subject report.
TVA's initial response was provided to you on December 10, 1987. This supplemental response provides additional information regarding TVA's resolution of deficiencies identified by the Regulatory Effectiveness Feview team. A list of comitments is provided in enclosure 2.
We do not recognize any other items described herein as comitmants.
An extension of this supplemental response due date to March 18, 1988, was agreed on during a conference call with Cynthia Perny of your staff on February 1, 1987.
