Dear Mr. Knighm:
Subjecti Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 211 entitled " TECHNICAL REVIEW 0F THE LICENSING BASIS FOR MILLSTONE UNIT 1" Under Contract No.- NRC-03-95-026-The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the task order frca April 1.1997 through May 30, 1997, at no extra cost to the Government. Accordingly. the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph, first sentence, as modified in Modification.No. 3,
- beginning with " Task Order No. 211..." is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 211 shall be in effect April 23. 1995 through May 30, 1997".
It is hereby agreed that no increase in the ceiling amount of the subject task order relative to this extension shall be recuired. The issuance of this modification does not amend any terms or concitions of the subject-Task Order.
