Transportation Branch Ap3roval Record Podel Nos. GE-21)F-1 and W-21PF-1 Packages Docket No. 71-4909 Revision No. 8 By application dated October 21, 1987, General Electric Company requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 4909 for the Model H. GE-21PF-1 package. The applicant also provided a description of the operating procedures, acceptance tests and maintenance program for the Model No.

GE-21PF-1 package.

By application dated January 22, 1988, as supplemented, Westinghouse Electric Corporation requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 4909 for the Model No. W-21PF-1 package. In support nf the request for renewal the applicant submitted a consolidated application which incorporated the appropriate supplement information referenced by the certificate of compliance.

The certificate of compliance has been revised to more explicitly define the package contents and to cite the operating procedures, acceptance tests and maintenance programs for the respective packages.

The certificate of compliance has been renewed for a five year term which expires February 28, 1993.
