Modification No. 1 to Task Order No. 6 entitled. " Comprehensive Fee Review" under Contract No. NRC-09-94-202

.The purpose of this modification is to modify the statement of work 'to include the additional effort described in the enclosed Statement of Work; increase the' ceiling amount by $75.739.00, from $71.464.00 to $147.203.00 and the obligated amount in the task' order by $75,000.00 from $71.464.00 to
$146.464.00 and extend the period of performance from April 1,1997 through May 30. 1997 Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:
The third paragraph beginning with " Task Order No. 6 -... ", is
. deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof-
" Task Order No. 6 shall be in effect from December 31, 1996 through May.30.'1997. The total cost ceiling is $147,203.00, in which the amount of $136.300.00 represents the reimbursable costs and $10.903.00."
This task order modification obligates funds in the amount of $75.000.00.
