Your submittal of October 20, 1987, "Radiation Safety Program - UST 985" does not represent the comitment we require for a Quality Assurance Program meeting the applicable NRC requirements described in Subpart H of Part 71.
[ This OA manual includes your step by step operating procedures, which is i "implementation" of your commitment.
Enclosed in a sample QA program for radiography devices containing special fom we find acceptable, and which you may wish to follow.
