. deleted wording regarding senior reactor operator and reactor operator licenses which no longer exist for Trojan Nuclear Plant, and incorporated editorial changes.

~The staff has completed its review of Revision 4 to Certified Fuel Handler Training Program. On the basis that the Certified Fuel Handler Training Program continues to be based on a systems apprcach to training (SAT), the staff concludes that the program through Revision 4 is acceptable.
