As a result of our review, we find that addi-tional information is needed.

Specifically:

Notice of Deviation, Item A Provide a description of steps that have been or will be taken to correct non-distribution of Glass Scaling procedures to Quality Control.

Also, provide a description of steps that have been or will be taken to prevent recurrence.

Notice of Deviation, Item B Provide a description of steps that have been or will be taken to correct retention of obsolescent procedures in reference books along with a description of steps that have been or will be taken to prevent recurrence.

Notice of Deviation, Item I Provide' a description of steps that have been or will be taken to correct non-maintenance of employee owned gages under the calibration system.

Also, provide a description of steps that have been or will be taken to prevent recurrence.

Notice of Deviation, Item J Provide a description of steps that have been or will be taken to correct non-completion of Job Order Review forms.
