The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.13 to Facility License No. R-33 for the Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR). The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated August 11, 1976.
This amendment modifies the NTR Technical Specifications relating to the calibration surveillance of all instruments which are required by the Technical Specifications and deletes the requirements of the i
Technical Specifications concerning respiratory protection which are now stipulated in 10 CFR 20.103. A mir.or modification was made to your proposed change.
This modification was discussed With and agreed to by your staff. We have also updated NRC organization titles in Specification 11.0, " Reports."
A copy of the Safety Ev,aluation is also enclosed.
