20555 NRC DOCKET 50-366 OPERATING LICENSE NPF-5 EDWIN I. HATCH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 DIFFERENTIAL BUILDING SETTLEMENT i
Gentlemen:
The Plant Hatch Unit 2 Technical Specifications were issued with a -
specification on settlement of Class I structures (3/4.7.8).
Table-3.7.8-1 of that specification contains columns for total and differential-settlement, with a note for the column of allowable differential settle-ments which states the values are to be established and reported to the Commission by November 1, 1978.
Information currently available indicates that some of the values to be specified may not be available in final form until af ter November 1, 1978. Consequently, in order to provide for a review of the final-values, we plan to revise our submittal schedule so that the allowable differential settlements will be reported to the commission by December 1, 1978.- Please let'us know if this schedule revision is not acceptabic.
