MEMORANDUM FROM G. LAINAS TO A. SCHWENCER DATED DECEMBER 6,1978 RE: FIRE PROTECTION ZION UNITS 1 AND 2 Our subject memorandum erroneously reported item 3.2.5 of Zions fire protection SER as satisfied acceptable by the licensees September 29, 1978 letter. We have noted that enclosure 2 of your letter of June 26, 1978 to the licensee has not been addressed. Therefore, we cannot at this time close out item 3.2.5 of the SER. We request that you delay advising the licensee at this time until we receive a proper response to enclosure 2 of your June 26, 1978 letter.
