Enclosed for your action is a revised export license application XSNM02961 from GAMMA-METRICS to replace their original application dated January 27, 1997. The revised application requests authority to export a total of eight (8) fission chambers containing 30.6 grams uranium and 28.5 grams uranium-235 to Korea Electric Power Corporation for use in Kori Units 3 and 4.

We would appreciate your forwarding a copy of the revised application to the Government of the Republic of Korea in accordance with their request dated March 4, 1997.
