The licensee shall obtain all information from the foreign exporter N
necessary to complete the shipper's porti'on of Form NRC-741, " Nuclear N
. Material Transactions Report."
If the ifcensee is the receiver of the N
material, he shall record both the shipper's,and receiver's information 4
on the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant' to Section 70.54 of 10 CFR Part 70.
If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall N
provide the shipper's information to thetreceiver of-the material for inclusion on the receiver's Form NRC-741.
2.
The licensee shall notify the Materials'and Plant Protection Branch, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, immediately, by teleprMne or telegram, if entry of any import shipment authorized by this license is refused by the U.S. Customs Service.

Each time material is imported, the licensee shal"1 show the original of the license to U.S. Customs as authority for the import.
The v
i original of the license showing the imported quantity shall be surren-9-
'dered to U.S. Customs when the final transaction.mnder the license is

completed.
Except for the final transaction, a copy of the license

showing the imported quantity shall be surrendered to U.S. Customs *'for g
each shipment.
All surrendered documents shall be marked for immediate
.v transmittal to the Office of International Procrams, U.S. Nuclear I
I Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C., 20555.
