This modification is issued to obligate funding in the amount of $110,100.00 under the contract. The contract is therefore modified as follows:
Under Section G - Contract Administration Data, paragraph G.1, Contract Ceiling Amount, the second sentence is revised to read:
"The amount of funds available for performance under this contract is increased by
$110,100.00 from $955,800.00 to $1,065,900.00."
This modification increases the funds available for performance of task order 008 from
$65,000.00 to $175,011.00, thus fully funding the task order.
