DOCKET N05. 50-445 AND 50-446 IMPLEMENTATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Gentlemen:
Under_the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) we have notified you of issues (see attached list) with corrective actions that were scheduled to be completed in accordance with the schedule for the Post Construction Hardware Validation Program (PCHVP).
This report is submited to status the implementation of corrective actions for those issues.
We are continuing the implementation of corrective actions for those items specifically included in the PCHVP.
We will submit our next report no later than August 11, 1988, to status the i
implementation of corrective actions which have been included in the PCHVP.
