This modification is issued to provide incremental funding in the amount of $14,239.00.
As a result of this action, the contract is now fully funded, and the total amount obligated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is increased by $14,239.00, from $54,640.00 to $68,879.00.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Section B.3, Consideration and Obligation, paragraph b, the first sentence is revised to read:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $68,879.00."
