i This is in further response to your letter dated April 10,1978, in .
which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, records responding to certain references in a memorandum dated September
1972, written by Dr. S. H. Hanauer which relates to the subject of "Pree,sure-Suppression Containments".
As stated in our letter to you dated June 15, 1978, we asked the General ,
Electric Company to justify its proprietary claim concerning the documents l listed in Appendix B to our letter. The staff has completed its review l of the information submitted by General Electric, and portions of documents ;
1 and 2 of Appendix D continue to be withheld pursuant to exemption (4) l of the Freedom of Information Act and 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) of the Commission's regulations. The non-proprietary portions of documents 1 and 2 have .i been placed in the Public Document Room (PDR). Document 3 of Appendix B ..
was released to the Public Document Room (PDR) on August 29, 1978.
