In addition, on behalf of Audubon Society of New Hampshire and the Scacoast Anti-Pollution League I would like to inquire when we may expect the full dissent on seismic matters that Mr. Farrar premised in ALAB-422, decided on July 26, 1977.
It seems to us that if the seismic issue is going ;
to be addressed by the Commission as they indicated as m 1g h t o e ur r th i s dissent should be furnished in the near future , otherwise the plant with its present design will be substanti ally under construction, perhaps again presenting the ominous sunk cost dilemma.
