Gentlemen:
On May 11, 1987, we verbally notified your Mr. I. Barnes of a deficiency involving design change document control measures which may not have been adequately established prior to the implementation of the current design modification program.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our last interim report, logged TXX-88083, was submitted on January 11, 1988.
We are continuing our evaluation of this issue and expect to submit our next report no later than June 1,1988.
