In cur discussions on Octotcr 3, 1978,.you indicated that a cossible critation for the adoption of EPA's Environmental Radiation Protection Standards for Nuclear Pcuer Operations (40 CFR Part 100) under the 1977 A=cntents to the Clean Air Act would be whether the health protection afforded by those standards was comparaole to the health protection provided by hazardous air pollutant emission limitaticas for vinyl chlorida and asbestos.
