We are considering this to belan Open Door request as you have stated. As ,
you know, the Commission is in the midst of deliberations on the Lewis Report and it's effect on NRC's policies and procedures. We intend to include your. memo .in these. deliberations. The Commission will be conducting -
a public meeting on the subject of interest .the-week of December lith. '
