! requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR S 150.20. a OA Program l approved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required. Since you no longer have a valid QA Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 and registration under the

! provisions of 10 CFR S 71.12 to transport or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport are terminated.
