Company, as holders of License Numbers OPR-21 and DPR-65, intends to apply its quality assurance program as required by 10CFR50 Appendix B, effective January 1, 1979, to the additional quality assurance require-ments of 10CFR71 as published in the Federal Recister (42FC39364) on August 4,1977, as they. apply to the delivery of sucn materials to a carrier for transport or transport such materials outside the confines of the site in a Commission approved package design.
