REVIEW 0F ICF INCORPORATED COMMENTS ON NONSTANDARD FINANCIAL ASSURANCE SUBMITTALS - TASK ORDER TWO We are providing you with ICF Incorporated (ICF) comments on the Corning Hazleton, Dow Chemical Company, and Marquette University, nonstandard financial assurance submittals that were submitted in compliance with the decommissioning rule.
In accordance with our understanding, we are attaching the comment letter reports for your review.
After we receive your comments, we will forward them and those from ICF to the licensee for its action. Advance copies of the submittals have been provided to Stephen Lewis of your staff. We would appreciate your comments on the above submittals by June 13, 1996.
