Trijicon Allegation 4
On January 22,1997, NRC sent a letter to Mr. Stephen Bindon of Trijicon, regarding an affidavit he had submitted requesting that certain information be withheld from public disclosure (see attached letters from Mr. Bindon deted December 3,1996, and January 3,1997). NRC's January 22,1997, letter informed Mr. Bindan that if the information was not received within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the letter, the information sought to be withheld would be placed in the Commission's Public Document Room. On January 23,1997, NRC staff contacted Mr.
Bindon by telephone to inform him that the letter was being sent to him, and to discuss any issues that he may not understand.
As of March 12,1997, a total of 42 (forty-two) days from the date of the letter, the NRC has not received any response from Mr. Bindon. Therefore, the information submitted by Mr. Bindon in the letters listed above have been sent to Commission's Public Document Room.
