REOUIREMENT i
Technical Specification 6.8.1.2.a requires that a tabulation be provided on an annual basis containing the number of plant, utility, and other personnel (including contractors) receiving exposures greater than 100 millirem per year and their associated man-rem exposure according to work and job functions.
RESPONSE

- Technical Specification 6.8.1.2.b requires on an annual basis that the results of specific activity analyses in which the primary coolant exceeded the limits of Technical Specification 3.4.8 be reported in the Annual Report.
RESPONSE
The specific activity limits of Technical Specification 3.4.8 were not exceeded at Plant Vogtle Unit I at any time during the year 1987.

ANNUAL REPORT FOR'1987 REOUIREMENT Technical Specification 6.8.1.2.c requires that a report shall be prepared and submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on an annual-basis.if sealed source or fission detector leakage tests reveal the presence of greater than ~ or equal to 0.005 microcuries of removable contamination.
