l NRC-33-96-175/0353-96-002323 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the key personnel. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Section H.4, Key Personnel, the name "Alvin Thumma" in paragraph d. is deleted and the name "Gwendolyn Peoples" is inserted.
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract, including the ceiling amount of $896,935.74, remain unchanged.
A surrmary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this action, are given below:
Total FY 96 Obligations: $367,400.21 Total FY 97 Obligations: $508,355.74 Cumulative NRC Obligations: 5875,755.95 This modification does not obligate any funds. l l
