Modification No. 5 to Task Order No. 5 Entitled
" Hydrogen Combustion", under Contract No.
NRC-04-92-046 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance to February 27. 1998. at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
The extension will allow NRC time to receive supporting documentation needed for the Westinghouse AP600 design investigation.
The period of performance of the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
" Task Order No. 5 shall be in effect from August 13. 1993 through February 27, 1998, with a total cost ceiling of $26,490.00."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY93 Obligation Amount:
$26,490.00 Cumulative total of NRC obligations: $26.490.00 This modification does not' obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain the same.
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order modification by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space rovided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
You shoul retain the third copy for your records.
