Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of Revision 1 to License Change Application (LCA) 124 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
LCA 124, Revision 1 revises the Technical Specifications associated with Containment isolation.
Revision 1 is being submitted to incorporate comments discussed with your staff and supersedes our submittals in References 1 through 4.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 124, Revision 1, to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
