Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. Section 552, I hereby request copies of all contracts among and between Philadelphia Electric Co., Public Service Electric & Gas, Atlaatic City Electric Co., and Delmarva Power & Light Co. with regard to the management by Philadelphia Electric Company of the Peach Bottom Nuclear Generating Station, which is jointly owned by the named utilities.
