Enclosed is Revision 3
to Issue 4 of the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP).
Revision 3 changes include:
1.
Installation of a Balanced Magnetic Switch (BMS) alarm system for the Intake Structure River Water Screen Area in place of the Infrared Detection System.
2.
Deletion of the requirement for medical examinations to be performed within 30 days prior to physical stress course examinations.
Medical examinations will continue to be performed prior to physical stress course examinations.
3.
The Geographic location of additf.onal 6R outage Temporary Structures.
4.
Corrections to the lens specification of certain CCTV cameras.
5.
Minor "non-intent" editorial changes to Chapter 1 of the Base Plan.
These changes have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
These
- changes, since they do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the provision of 10 CFR 2.790(d), and Safeguards Information under the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21, and thereby exempt from public disclosure.
