Dear Mr. Russell:
Section 4.13.2 of the Peach Bottom Commitment to Excellence Action Plan provided for the submission of a l
monthly progress report.
On February 12, 1988 we transmitted Section II of the "Plan for Restart of Peach Bottom Atomic I
Power Station" (Restart Plan).
In our transmittal letter we indicated that our Restart Plan superseded the Commitment to Excellence Plan submitted August 7, 1987.
We also indicated that we would develop a comprehensive schedule to accomplish the Restart Plan and submit that schedule to you in April, 1988.
Accordingly, we are discontinuing the submittal of the Monthly Progress Report which had been submitted in l
accordance with the now superseded Commitment to Excellence 1
Plan.
We will, however, provide status reports on our Restart Plan beginning in April, 1988.
