SUBJECT:
TPANSFER OF LEAD RESPONSIBILITY FOR GENERIC TASK ACTION PLAN A-32 Effective September 15, 1973 the function of DSS cognizant engineer for Task A-32 will be transferred from D. Jeng to R. Lipinski. This change is part of continuing efforts in DSS to increase the emphasis on the management duties of line supervisors.
Mr. Lipinski has worked closely with itr. Jeng and is current on the major facets of the program. Mr. Jeng will be available for guidance, if needed, during the transitioa period.
