1) substitute "Balakova NPP, Saratov Ob ast" for "Balakova Regional Office" which was deleted from NRC Contract NRC-26-93-297 and 2)

delete "Balakova NPP, Saratov Oblast" from the paragraph that follows the list in the contract. As a result, the following changes are as specified on page 2 of 2 of this modification,
