3, Nature ef'Dafecc: Tncorrect inntallation of two gaskulu within Lhu cooling enti ansembly causing partial blockage of cov11ug water flow through the coil, If this defect wuru Lu ex1xL in an installed and operating system, the cooling capacity of the coil would be cubctan-tially rc.duced. This condition could result in insuf ficient cooling of pumpg v.otors, end other equipment related to the cafe, norral

6. Corrueliva Act.lun: On Friday, November 17 197A The Tranc Company advised Public Service company of indiana of this detcet. Arrar.ge-ments are currently being finalized for the currection by Trano of the seven defective units already delivered to the site. Corrective aceton vill consist of dinxxanhly of coil hcaders and hafilen, re-moval of incorrectly installed gonkets, and re-asse:bly with unketa Lt proper, locatietas. Coilm will then be pressuriud and leak tes:cd.
