I am told that this week you telephoned Mr. George McKelvy, Manager of Public Relations at Three Mile Island, and requested information about the system proposed to evaporate the processed, accident-generated water at THI-2.
You may not be aware that in conducting discovery in an NRC proceeding, you are expected to make requests through a party's counsel.
