Unless the Licensing Board otherwise determines, the Licensee does not intend to respond formally to this docu-ment.
Although the document claims that there has been some "default" in discovery, it cites no basis for this assertion and is not otherwise a proper motion to compel.
Even if deemed such a motion, the instant document is itself untime-ly.
