Dear Mr. McMurray:
This letter is to confirm our telephone conversations today regarding the deposition of proposed Staff witness, Dr. Thomas Urbanik.
As I informed you, Dr. Urbanik will only be available for a deposition (during the time frame imposed by the Board's February 24th Order) on Friday, March 4, 1988.
The Staff has arranged for Dr. Urbanik to be in Washington, D.C. on that date for a deposition in your offices, commencing about 10 a.m.
With regard to document production, Dr. Urbanik has Informed me that he generated no notes, memoranda, etc., during his reviaw af th evacuation time est! mate portion of Revision 9 to the LILCO emergency plan.
