our letter dated August 22,1978.
As a result of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your Mr. J. E.
McFarland during a telephone call on October 11, 1978, is needed.
Specifically, describe the corrective action taken to determine that the deviation identified as Item A of the Notice of Deviation does not exist on other documents and describe the steps that have been or will be.taken to prevent recurrence.
Please provide this additional information within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
