License Amendment Application to Revise the Industrial Security Plan to Delete Type 1 Vital Area Designation and the Two-Man Rule (TAC No. 66914).
Centlemen:
The enclosed application requests that the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 Operating License Industrial Security Plan (ISP) be revised to reflect the changes attached. The proposed changes involve the deletion of the Type 1 Vital Area designation and the Two-Man Rule for the Type 1 Vital Area.
Toledo Edison requesta that this a=endment be issued prior to power ascension to Mode 4 from the 1988 Sch refueling outage. Mode 4 entry from this outage is presently scheduled for August, 1988.
Application is being made to withhold the enclosed information from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR73.71.
Enc 1rned is a check for $150 as required by 10CFR170.12(c) for a License Amendment Application.
