It is requested that USNRC Certificate of Compliance No. 6078 be revised to allow securing of the upper bundle bracket to the strongback of the Model No. 927Al shipping container by either of the two methods now approved for the Model No. 927C1 shipping container under Paragraph 7 of the present certificate. The 927Al container is structurally identical to the 927Cl con-tainer with the exception of its reduced length. Therefore, the requested amendment falls in the category of an administrative change.
Accordingly, it is requested that Paragraph 7 of USNRC Certificate of Com-pliance No. 6078 be amended to read in part as follows:
"7.
For the Model No. 927Al or the Model No. 927Cl, the upper bundle bracket may be secured..".
All other parts of Certificate of Compliance No. 6078 should remain unchanged.
