As promised in my letter dated September 25, 1978, and in the Staff testimony at 2-5, enclosed is testimony by Messrs. Ronald Frahm and Brian Sheron on the matter of ECCS water diversion during a loca.

This testimony demonstrates new information obtained from the Allens Creek application which changes the peak cladding temperature from 2038 F to 2085 F.

As indicated in the testimony, more information will be presented at the Radiological Health and Safety Hearings during the Staff ECCS presentation.
