Executive Branch views on this application were received on August 2, 1978.
In view of the complex nature of this export, particularly in. regard to the disposition of the irradiated fuel, the NRC staff has had to perform a rather thorough review of this case.
The staff analysis is now nearli complete and due to be forwarded to the Connissioners within a week for their decision.
